Brush Housing Authority Philosophy Our Mission Brush Housing Authority (BHA) serves the needs of the disabled, elderly, and low-income families in the City of Brush! through their Centennial Manor Complexes and Brush Village BHA works directly with Housing and Urban Development, the Colorado Division of Housing, U.S. Rural Development, CHFA, as well as several other federal, public and humanitarian organizations to better serve our community’s housing needs. Welcome To The Senior Center! The Senior Center is open during our normal office hours. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 9a-4p and Wednesday 9a-12p. Activities are ran by the Senior Center Committee. Come check out the different activities that are available including pool, bingo, exercise equipment, puzzles and more. Our Services Helping Disabled, Elderly, and Families With Places To Live Family Elderly Disabled Public housing was established to provide decent and safe rental housing for eligible low-income families, the elderly, and persons with disabilities. Public housing comes in all sizes and types, from scattered single-family houses to high rise apartments for elderly families. There are approximately 970,000* households living in public housing units, managed by some 3,300 HAs. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) administers Federal aid to local housing agencies (HAs) that manage the housing for low-income residents at rents they can afford. HUD furnishes technical and professional assistance in planning, developing, and managing these developments.

Welcome to Brush Village! Brush Village has 12, 2-bedroom and 28, 3- bedroom units. Village is our affordable housing units and can accept section 8 vouchers.
