Brush Housing Authority Philosophy

Our Mission

Brush Housing Authority (BHA) serves the needs of the disabled, elderly, and low-income families in the City of Brush! through their Centennial Manor Complexes and Brush Village

​

BHA works directly with Housing and Urban Development, the Colorado Division of Housing, U.S. Rural Development, CHFA, as well as several other federal, public and humanitarian organizations to better serve our community’s housing needs. This institution is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer.

THE MISSION OF THE AUTHORITY IS TO:

  1. Provide decent, safe and sanitary housing for the elderly and disabled residents.

  2. Provide affordable housing for low to middle class income families.

  3. Promote better living conditions throughout our community.

Brush Housing Authority is dedicated to providing affordable housing for seniors and disabled individuals. We believe that everyone deserves a comfortable and safe place to call home, regardless of their financial status. Our Board of Directors is comprised of individuals who share our mission and are committed to providing the highest level of service to our tenants.
