Our Mission
The Brush Housing Authority (B.H.A.) serves the City of Brush and Morgan County.
B.H.A. works directly with H.U.D. and C.D.O.H. as well as the Habitat for Humanity, ChAFA, USDA, Rural Development and a number of other Federal, Public and Humanitarian organizations to better serve our community.
Company Profile
The Brush Housing Authority serves the immediate needs of the disabled, elderly and low-income families in the city of Brush through their Centennial Manor East, West and South units. It also serves the needs of low-income families throughout Morgan County by its Section 8 Choice Voucher Program.
The purpose of the Brush Housing Authority is to achieve four major objectives:
 | To provide improved living conditions for very-low-income families while maintaining their rent payments at an affordable level. |
| To promote freedom of housing choice for very-low-income and minority families via the Section 8 Choice Voucher Program. |
| To provide decent, safe, and sanitary housing for all eligible participants. |
| To promote better living conditions throughout our community. |
